How do quality surveys work with Apperstreet?
It’s easy! Two hours after the customer has placed their order, they will receive an email with a series of questions. These questions are up to you. We can help you choose the most appropriate ones, but you will be able to configure them whenever you want and in a very simple way in your control panel.
Some of the most common questions are:
- What did you think of the food?
- Would you recommend the restaurant to your friends?
- How did you hear about us?
- How was the process of ordering on the website?
The customer will rate the questions you ask from one to five stars and the system will average their rating.
If a customer gives a 5-star rating, the system will automatically send them a thank you message and suggest they share their experience on social media, Tripadvisor or Google.
When the rating is three stars or lower, you, as the restaurant owner, will automatically receive this email so that you know immediately that the customer is unhappy and you can take action before the situation worsens. So, you will be able to know what has happened instantly. That is the fundamental difference. You will know about the situation right away so that you can take action, if necessary, and not find out a month later when the customer has already posted a bad review on the review platforms.
